Herzliya

Hertzliya Pituach neighborhood is located in the western area of Hertzliya town. The sand dunes that previously made up most of the area where groves of fig trees and grapes grew, have been exchanged over the years for prestigious villas and houses that are considered the symbol of Israeli wealth and pleasure.

Hertzliya Pituach has the sea on its west side and on the east side the main sea road. The most luxuries street is the Galei Tchelet Street whose western side is on the cliff by the beach. From all the impressive villas and houses in Galei Tchelet Street there is a direct view of the beach and the blue sea.

Hertzliya Pituach has become popular due to its proximity to the sea on the one side and to Tel Aviv on the other. In a strip, close to the beach there are several hotels, “HaSharon”, “Daniel”, and “Dan Acadia”. at the southern point of the beach the Hertzliya Marina and not far from there is the private hospital “The Medical Center”.

In the recent years, in view of the demand and popularity of Hertzliya Pituach, prestigious apartment buildings together with spacious and luxurious villas have been built. The most wanted streets in Hertzliya Pituach are Eshel, Kaplan, Ben Eliezer, and Kedma. Between them there are small side streets whose residents enjoy the quiet and calm of this superb neighborhood.
